Question 3

How often should I change the HydroFlow fountain filter?

Accepted Answer

We recommend replacing the filter once a month. Replacement filter packs are available on cleangrate.com.

Question 4

Is the HydroFlow cat fountain noisy?

Accepted Answer

The HydroFlow uses a quiet pump, so you mostly hear the gentle sound of flowing water. It also shuts the pump off automatically when the water runs low.

Question 5

How does the double-layer litter mat work?

Accepted Answer

The honeycomb top layer catches litter from your cat's paws and the sealed bottom layer holds it, so litter stays off your floor. It is waterproof, non-slip and washable.

Question 6

How do I clean the FurGlide brush?

Accepted Answer
