1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase made on cleangrate.com. CleanGrate is operated from Quebec, Canada. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

2. Products and prices

• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and charged in CAD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee.
• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
• We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• If a price or description error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is approved at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a stock issue or suspected fraud; you are then fully refunded.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free to Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered in 10–15 business days. Details are on our Shipping page.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email cleangrate.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You keep the product. Details are on our Returns page.

6. Using our products

Follow the instructions provided with each product and supervise your pet with new items. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary care: if your pet seems unwell, contact a veterinarian.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect the legal warranties you are entitled to as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
